Event Planning and Budgeting Workshop
Professional tips and procedures on how to plan and budget a live show. A small investment which could save you hundreds or even thousands of dollars on your next gig. You will learn how to write a mini business plan for your show and how to calculate a budget so you know how many people at how much per head you will need and how to tweak your business plan and budget to make a profit. You will be taken through the actual steps of planning an event as if you were planning and budgeting a real show. A must for first timers and a few tips and new technology for old hands. If you are crew or a booker this is a great way to learn how a show is budgeted and where you can fit into the mix.
